Shipping information & costs
NZ
Overnight courier is $6NZD tracked. Orders will be usually be shipped within 3 business days. Once it has been shipped it will arrive in 1-3 business days. Rural postage can take 1-5. This is the only shipping option we offer as of now.
Australia
Shipping to Australia is $15NZD. This is standard post that is tracked and takes approximately 3-10 business days. There may be the occasional delay which could stretch shipping time to 14 business days or in some cases even longer.
Rest of world
Yes, that's right we are now shipping internationally! International shipping costs are currently $45NZD for standard delivery which will be tracked. This service aims to deliver items in 3-10 working days, however because it is less prioritised it can take 14 business days or in some cases even longer.
Lastly Orders over $50 are FREE with an overnight courier. (NZ ONLY)
Returns
To return an item you MUST ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was purchased in. We only accept returns if the item has undisclosed faults or does not fit. You have 7 business days to contact us to return the item. Returns cost $5 to cover shipping costs. Currently returns are not available to those outside of New Zealand.
