Returns
To return an item you must ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was purchased in. We only accept returns if the item is faulty (unless already stated) or if the item doesn't fit. You have 7 business days to contact us to return the item. Returns cost $6 to cover shipping costs. Currently returns are not available to those outside of New Zealand.
